LeadVenture is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team!
The Marketing Automation Specialist is expected to understand all facets of Lead Venture’s marketing automation system, set-up technical features on marketing packages, maintain high rate of contact with all clients during setup, and consult on marketing automation concepts when needed.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred
• Strong Interests in Digital Marketing Field
• Comfortable communicating via phone and email
• Excellent organizational & communication skills, both written & oral
• Adaptable team-player attitude
• Experience using ESP’s such as Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, & Emma (Preferred)
• Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Active Campaign, & SharpSpring (Preferred)
• Eye for design (Photoshop experience valued, but not required)

• Maintain High Rate of Contact with all Account Management Team regarding Client Campaigns
• Complete Monthly Offering Fulfillment duties
• Assist Leadership with Development of Marketing Automation Program
• Develop and consult on Marketing Automation strategy tailored to client goals
• Perform Data Analysis of Client Campaigns to help create and implement strategy plans
• Continued Education of MA best practices
